State regulatory service approved the Plan of implementation of the integrated measures of the state supervision (control) in 2018.
The basis for the comprehensive planned activities of state supervision in respect of a business entity is to make the same entity in the implementation plans of measures of the state supervision (control) of different organs of state supervision (article 5 of the Law "On main principles of state supervision (control) in the sphere of economic activity").
Inspection shall be conducted once per year and exclusively in the terms established by the Plan. The entity has the right to refuse to undertake a comprehensive planned activities of state supervision (control) by written request to GDS. In this case, the inspection is conducted in accordance with the annual plans of the bodies of state supervision (control).

Recall, the State regulatory service of Ukraine together with the Ministry of economic development and trade of Ukraine and with the support of effective regulation Office (BRDO) have launched a pilot module planning the activities of state supervision (control) of IAS DNA.
